Join Us for a Lecture by Dr. Żaneta Niedbała

We are excited to announce a lecture by Dr. Żaneta Niedbała titled “Genius loci of Krasiczyn – The Life and Activities of the Sapieha Princes from 1835 to 1944.”

This lecture will be held in Polish on September 5th at 6:00 PM in the library of the Polish Museum in Rapperswil, located at Hauptplatz 8, Rapperswil SG.

Dr. Żaneta Niedbała, who holds a Ph.D. in History from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, has focused her research on the role and functioning of the Krasiczyn Castle from 1835 to 1944. She has been awarded scholarships from the Minister of Science and Higher Education and the Lanckoroński Foundation for her outstanding contributions to the field.

Dr. Niedbała’s work highlights the history of the Krasiczyn Castle and the lives of the Sapieha Princes. She is dedicated to sharing this knowledge through engaging lectures, historical debates, and various publications. She is also the author of the book “From Krasiczyn to Wawel” and the guidebook “The Castle in Krasiczyn.”
